A single suspension point hangs over a circle of blue dust. I stretch and slowly bind myself with white ropes. Over three hours, I find restful poses with body parts partially suspended. When my body leaves the floor entirely I focus on breathing and relaxing towards the ground. The pigment slowly sticks to my sweat, my clothing, my hair, highlighting areas that come into contact with the floor most frequently. I leave behind footprints and smears and at the end the entire area is a muddy blue color. The rope leaves behind red and blue marks on my skin.
